Qualifier Player Information
Players may attempt to Qualify only once per Championship

| Registration Deadline | Thursday, June 9 at 11:59pm |
| Entry Fee(s) | $55* per player for qualifying round *Players who successfully qualify for the championship proper will be changed the additional championship fee of $165 for championship rounds |
| Eligibility |
Open to male amateur golfers that have not
reached their 19th birthday. USGA GHIN Number is required with an Handicap Index of 15.0 or lower. Must maintain a residence in
NC or SC |
| Format | Individual 18-Hole Stroke Play. No playoff as ties qualify. |
| Starting Times |
Will be posted by 5:00pm on June 11. Starting times will begin at 9:00am single tee. |

| Caddie Information | Caddies are allowed but must be 18 years of age or younger. |
| Parent & Spectator Information |
Spectator Information: Spectator carts
are allowed at a rate of $25 per cart. Spectator carts are restricted to the
cart path at all times. Parent Policy: Parents are encouraged to follow their child(ren). We do ask that all parents remain on the cart path (roughs if no cart paths), unless assisting with the search for a golf ball. |
| Withdrawal and Refund Policy |
Open Date to Two Days Prior to Qualifying
Date: Full refund minus $30.00 administrative fee regardless of reason if
entry accepted into championship or sectional qualifier. Withdraw the day before or on Qualifying Date; No-Shows: No refund for any reason. |
