ABOUT THE CHAMPIONSHIP
Each County Union affiliated to England Golf may nominate one club to compete in the Championship.
The Championship consists of 36 holes of scratch stroke play over the two days, Saturday and Sunday, (official practice on Friday). The winning club shall be the club with the lowest combined score of all three players across the 36 holes.

Stanton On the Wolds Golf Club has continued to develop and prosper into today's popular and friendly club, with an interesting and scenic 18 hole parkland course.
The original architect, Tom Williamson, who designed a number of masterpieces in the Midlands, left a supreme legacy at Stanton, demonstrating how golf and nature can blend harmoniously.
