Players cannot be 19 on or before July 23rd.

FORMAT
An individual stroke play competition, in which each player competes against all other players in the field. Play is governed by the USGA Rules of Golf and its decisions, by the NOGA Hard Card and the terms of competition. Rule 1.3B states that players are responsible for applying the rules to themselves.
SITE CAPACITY
84 Players. If the event is full, players can still register and be placed on the Waiting List. Players will NOT be charged until they have been moved from the Waiting List to the Tournament Roster.
Practice Round
Each contestant is entitled to one practice round at the host club for a fee of $69.00, which includes a cart. Practice rounds are open for qualifying participants only, however a caddy or gust may play for the Portage C.C. guest and cart fee ($140.96). Contestants must call the golf shop at 330-836-8565 for a starting time. Practice rounds are available during off-peak times.
TEES
6,033 Yards. CLICK HERE to view hole by hole yardages. Yardages are subject to change based on the course conditions on the day of the tournament.
PAIRINGS & REQUESTS
Pairings will be posted to noga.org and sent to players after registration closes.

THE COURSE - PORTAGE COUNTRY CLUB
Portage’s 18-hole golf course was designed in 1918 by famed architect William B. Langford. The course is challenging yet fun and offers some of the best short and long range practice facilities in the area.Founded in 1894 in Akron, Ohio, Portage Country Club is one of the oldest clubs in America. The Club’s founding members were Charles C. Goodrich (the son of Dr. Benjamin F. Goodrich, the founder of B.F. Goodrich Company), Charles G. Raymond (an executive at B.F. Goodrich Company) and Bertram G. Work (also an executive at B.F Goodrich Company).
