THE RACE IS ON...
COULD A MEMBER OF YOUR CLUB BE CROWNED CHAMPION HANDICAP GOLFER OF THE YEAR?
Follow the simple steps below. Good luck and don't miss out ! Entry closes on March 30th, 2026 at 5pm.
Click on the WHS Platform link, click 'Reports' header and under the 'Competitions' section, find the '2026: Race to Woodhall Spa sponsored by Your Golf Travel' report. Select the categories to find your leading female, male & junior golfer.
Click on 'Register Now for Race to Woodhall Spa 2026.' Then follow the simple instructions to enter your first Club Winner by clicking 'Submit Registration for Approval'.
To enter all three of your Club Winners, simply repeat the registration process twice by clicking 'Submit Registration for Approval' again.
No payment will be taken when you enter. Only after the entry deadline, once Area Finalists are confirmed is payment taken. If your players are successful, they will be notified by email.
- The Area Final will consist of up to 51 Women, 51 Men and 18 Junior competitors who have qualified from their Club.
- Area Final format is an 18 hole Individual Stableford, using a 95% handicap allowance.
- Up to 4 Women, 4 Men and 2 Juniors will qualify from each Area Final to the Grand Final.

THE FINAL
A maximum of 48 Women, 48 Men and 24 Juniors will qualify for the National Final in August 2026 at Woodhall Spa, and will enjoy courtesy of England Golf:
- 1 night’s Dinner, B&B hotel accommodation in the village of Woodhall Spa
- Competition round of golf on the Hotchkin Course
- Complimentary lunch on the day of competition
