ABOUT THE CHAMPIONSHIP

The English Disability Open Championship is open to male and female golfers and is played by 36 holes of stroke play over two days, 18 holes being played on each day. 

The winner is the competitor who returns the lowest gross score over 36 holes.

Players with a Handicap Index of 18.5 to 36.0 will play in a separate 36 hole stableford competition category of the main Championship with prizes are awarded for the highest stableford scores.

Players must be in possession of an EDGA World Rankings Pass (WR4GD), an EDGA Access Pass or EDGA Access Conditional Pass.

Maximum Entry Number: 72 players

2026 VENUE

The only golf course designed by Seve Ballesteros in England. No two consecutive holes the same par. Six threes, six fours, six fives. Links holes, parkland holes, and dramatic water holes.

The Shire London is also the home of The Golf Trust charity.
