Mission to Seafarers I had the pleasure of meeting the Reverend James Mosher, for lunch, at the Cowherds, in Southampton. Aside from a pleasant lunch, I was delighted to hand over a Cheque for £1,520, on behalf of the Southampton Shipping Golf Society, which we raised at the Silent Auction, at the AGGM and Dinner, in November. James was most humbled and wrote to me, with thanks “Hello Kevin , It was such a gift to share a meal together. Thank you so much for lunch and for the incredibly generous donation to the Mission to Seafarers. The support from SSGS really makes a world of difference, helping us take care of seafarers from all across the globe as they pass through the port.” Thanks to all who made the AGM and Dinner a fabulous affair, and contributing generously to the Mission. CURRENT NEWS Presidents Putter winner 2025 - Kevin Robertson The Annual President’s Putting Competition, for the John Smith’s Trophy, was held at Royal Winchester Golf Club on Thursday 19th September 2025. The putting was followed by a good lunch in the Club House. The winner for 2025 was Kevin Robertson
